RWS2RWP - 2024

This conference is intended to foster sustainable positive social change designed to decrease healthcare inequities in rural and underserved urban communities.  To adequately address healthcare inequities, we believe that we need medical providers to find more ways to collaborate and for there to be interdisciplinary efforts towards prevention of chronic illnesses in rural and underserved urban communities. In addition to understanding this issue in greater depth and discovering what others are doing to address this issue, we provide support and guidance to our learners to innovate equity through thoughtful healthcare collaborations in the communities in which they will serve.
